Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointment notifications will be via email.

  2. Full payment of service to be made on completion of service.

  3. HICAPS not available, an invoice will be provided with details to claim from clients health fund.

  4. Cancellations to be made via email or online booking, 24 hours before appointment time.

  5. Bookings to be made online.

  6. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will incur a 50% charge of services booked, at the owners discursion.

  7. For cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to appointment will incur a charge of full services booked, at the owners discursion.

  8. Cash payments of all services will incur a $10 discount.

  9. Forms to be completed before appointment time.

  10. Time duration of appointment is from time entering the treatment room.

  11. Private health provider numbers for the following private health companies, AHM, ARHG, Bupa, CBHS, NIB, HCF, Doctors Fund and Medibank. Provider number will be on invoice emailed, full payment required at time of service.

  12. Invoices will be emailed on payment of service provided.

  13. Private health fund available for Remedial Treatment or as per individual fund.

  14. If you have any flu like symptoms please rescheduled appointment.​

  15. Complaints to be emailed or call the Therapist to discuss.
